Baby & Me Chiropractic does not bill health insurance, medicare, provide super bills, or work with personal injury cases. One of the main reasons we choose not to bill insurance is it allows us to keep costs down so we can offer affordable and accessible Chiropractic Care for all members of our community.
If you happen to not be home during an appointment or are canceling an appointment and have not notified Dr. Blackburn within 24 hours, you will forfeit your payment for service. If you need to cancel, please contact Dr. Blackburn as soon as possible.
Payment is due at time of service or, if booking online, at time of booking.
