To give our patients the deeply personalized, unhurried care they deserve, our practice does not take health insurance(ie.Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS or any others) . By choosing not to work with insurance companies, we can focus entirely on your unique healing journey without outside restrictions for our families. Payment is due at the time of your visit, and we will gladly provide a monthly receipt (superbill) if you wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement. We also do not take Workmans Comp or Personal Injury cases.

If you happen to not be home during an appointment or are canceling an appointment and have not notified Dr. Blackburn within 24 hours, you will forfeit your payment for service. If you need to cancel, please contact Dr. Blackburn as soon as possible.

Payment is due at time of service.
